I recently let my after school babysitter go (she was hired to clean for a while before the kids came home). We noticed that she was getting less and less done, so we installed a camera and found that she came in, sat down for 45 minutes on her phone and then started cleaning. She was only there for 4 hours, of which 2 involved watching the kids. No wonder very little was getting done.
I told her that my schedule changed and I no longer needed her. She also babysits and cleans for my neighbor and I didn't want to create any stick situations.
