So I’m trying to incorporate more coconut oil into my daily menus, as I’m doing high protein/high fat/low carb diet. However, the first coconut oil I bought had a mild flavor which I was able to use when I make eggs for myself every day. Now I bought the Costco brand (Kirkland) and it has such an overly strong coconut taste that it overpowers my eggs and I really dislike it. I don’t mind coconut taste, I actually like it, bu not with eggs or when frying other foods.
What can I use the coconut oil for in my daily diet, without strongly affecting the taste of foods which shouldn’t taste like coconut?
