Hiya
I'm planning a day trip for thursday (leaving yerushalayim 830 am coming back 6pm possibly later)
anyone have a nice tried and true itinerary they've done in a day?
Just me and my husband leaving the kids behind so it's gotta be good!!
ideas we thought of were
moderate hikes
fun activity (winery, hands on something like fruit picking?)
anyone know a winery with a top mehadrin hechsher that serves food?

Will you have a car, or are you dependent on public transportation? We once did a lovely day trip to Ein Gedi, Yam HaMelach, and Masada, one of which could be swapped for Eretz Bereishit which is in that general direction. You could also go to the Ramat Gan safari and find something else to do in Tel Aviv to combine it with. Also check out the caves in Beit Shemesh.
