Oh wow, like in pricking?
Is it for medical reasons, or just for weight loss? How often do you check?
I'd love to know my sugar levels, but no way I'm going to prick myself for it

Yes I prick my finger every morning, 1x a day.
Trying to get my blood sugars down as I am prediabetic, and I have insulin resistance.

The problem is that it should have been less than 99 by morning. It sky rockets and then takes too long to come back down

99 is not bad. How low do you want it?

I need to be here and get back on track but I need to replenish groceries first. Felt obligated to finish up the last of the YT leftovers. Ughhh. I'm on board starting tomorrow.

I’ve been strict on my eating plan since last August, and I’ve been able to be consistently in the low 80s.
But with this cheat I got scared that it went all the way to 189 and it must have stayed there for a long time, because in the am it was 99.
This means my insulin resistance is not better.
