Does anyone have new recipes (which were never posted here before) for easy cakes made with oil, no separating eggs....? Also new easy ideas for chicken? TIA

I made a delicious super easy chicken recipe today.
Chicken
S & P
Pears
Large sweet onion
One part mustard
Two parts make syrup
Season the chicken. Brown the chicken in a pan. Remove and set aside. Sautee the onion in the same pan. After the onion is nice and soft and picked up the chicken flavor, put it in the bottom of a baking dish. Cut the pears in quarters or 6 parts and remove the core. Cook them on high on one side and then flip. Arrange over the onions. Add the cooked chicken. Combine the maple syrup and mustard. (I used Emeril's Smooth Honey mustard. ) Place the sauce on the chicken. Cover send bake @ 450° for half an hour.
If you have a plan that can go into the oven, skip the tray.
