It appears that the Holiday Inn may not longer be a Holiday Inn, but this is the hotel, very close to restaurants, and a short trolley ride/drive (<10 minutes) to minyan and mikvah: https://www.theinnatbrookline.com/
Otherwise, here's the Marriott that's a little closer to shul/mikvah, but farther from the restaurants and virtually anything else you'd want to do in Boston: https://www.marriott.com/hotel.....rcle/

For Shabbos there’s minyanim within 10 minute walk (Chabbad or the kollel) or 20 minutes if he wants more heimish. But ur not in middle of a Jewish/ heimish neighborhood like ud be in falls burg. There’s a beautiful reservoir to walk nearby and a close drive to lots of things to see and do.
Marriott Downtown or Marriott North |

Hope the link works- it’s ac Marriott Cleveland circle, to clarify, it’s not a resort or high end hotel. It’s a new fresh business style hotel. It has nice rooms and a nice lobby but no pool or outdoor area etc.
We really enjoyed it because of the location and our budget. There are nicer/ more high end hotels but they are not next to the Jewish area.

Boston. Baltimore. Philly. New Haven (GREAT museums, only one kosher restaurant, interesting stuff to see in nearby towns, to.) Pittsburgh. Washington D.C. Richmond. The Hamptons.
Or, consider spending a few days in a different part of the NY area. There are wonderful things on Long Island, in N.J., and not very far up the Hudson - short drives from communities where you could stay; and eat.
