Put in a gallon size bag with beaten eggs. Shake well. Add bread crumbs and spices. Mix well again. Bake on a cookie sheet on 400 for like 20 minutes- until crispy.

I cook up cauliflower in salted water & drain. Then just toast the corn flake crumbs with all spices, ( sugar if you like it sweet) in a frying pan with a little oil. Then just roll cauliflower in the crumbs. Dump all if it at once, & just coat by stirring with a fork or something. It's easy tasty but not that pretty.

For more holding up you need to coat & bread each one & fry individually.

Healthy (Mock) Breaded Cauliflower
Author: Miriam Pascal, OvertimeCook.com

Ingredients
24 oz bag frozen cauliflower florets, defrosted (I like to use mini florets)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons kosher salt
¼-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅓ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower, oil and spices to combine. Add bread crumbs and toss until completely combined. Add egg and stir well to evenly distribute the egg. The entire mixture should be sticky at this point.
Pour mixture onto lined cookie sheet, and spread into a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until slightly crispy. Stir approximately every 10 minutes to make sure it doesn't stick.
