Mendelsohn's answers to the Department to Agriculture because of their catering & frozen line. That supersedes local jurisdiction certification. The guidelines from the Department of Agriculture are stricter.
They're an institution since 1969 and not going anywhere BE"H.
I'm not fom the Mendelsohn family, but know someone who is.

Amnon has always had a grade posted, or "Grade Pending" posted. Mendelsons never did and still doesnt.
