Being hosted tonight but last week I tried a new recipe for cilantro lime chicken, it came out really good. I put it with turmeric rice and made this dessert my husband is obsessed with, Persian Love Cake.

It is. My dh made it once before, but not like that and I made it once before using this recipe. It was really good. We get a piece of meat called matambre.

You just sautee an onion until transluscent and then add cauliflower for a few minutes. Then add water to cover and some chestnuts and chicken soup mix. Boil and blend. And then add salt and pepper to taste.

Ok so you sautee an onion and 3 garlic cubes.
Then add 2 heads of cauliflower (or a 24 oz frozen bag.) and 4 cups of vegetable stock (or chicken stock). Can use powder.
Add a 5oz bag roasted chestnuts, salt and pepper (I also like to sprinkle in thyme), and an extra 1.5 C water. Boil. Blend.
