Which areas in Europe which are close to a beach have decent kosher food available? Looking for somewhere warm in the summer.

Well Amsterdam is close to a beach kinda 20 km and has kosher restaurants and shops. The Hague has one kosher shop, chabad sluchim who sell stuff and a beach but it’s not at all always warm or tropical. I guess in the south of France and through Italy there are some but then you need to look for the chabad things where they say you can go to

You could do the costa del sol area of Spain, in the summer has some food options, not fully catered if that's what you mean. Gibraltar another possibility

Gibraltar?
Rome isn't far from the beach, and there is a nice selection of kosher restaurants.
There are some kosher restaurants in Barcelona, but I don't know much about them (when I traveled there ages ago, there was nothing).
