Info on Philly community please

Due to financial issues, we are considering leaving our long time community and moving to Philly where we will be able to afford the cost of living. We need to be near a sephardic shul but I don't know where to look to start researching rentals. I looked on zillow but not sure the perimeters to stay within. Are there any WhatsApp groups to join with rental listings?

Any info on the shuls and neighborhoods would be much appreciated.

There’s a Sephardi shul in the historic part of downtown but not much of a thriving community there. There’s a Sephardi minyan ( for sure on Shabbat—not sure about weekdays) at Lower Merion synagogue, which is a wonderful area with Shuls, restaurants and kosher department in the supermarket. That area is also called Bala or Merion.

Their is a sephardi shul in the Northeast, as well as another Sephardi minyan.
