I just got myself tested. I have immunity to measles, but not mumps. So I’ll be getting my MMR booster, already have an appointment scheduled for next week.

In pregnancy they usually check rubella not measles.
And I have been told that if you had vaccines you're considered immune even if your bloodwork doesn't show it

That changed recently to 1 month I heard.
When I took MMR shot they said 3 months. But that was a good 12 yrs ago.

Interesting b/c I had my immunity tested as I'm an 1985 and I had a pregnancy bloodtest done at the same time and both were "positive"

My adult doctor is really hard to reach (yes I know, time to find someone new) so when I needed my own immunization records a few years back guess who I called . Surprisingly my pediatrician said I'm far from the only adult to be requesting my records. I had it emailed over to me right away.
