My husband and I have been discussing what to get my 11 year old. She recently started going on local errands for me and will have to walk home from school next year. So I want her to have something. We were debating between a basic phone and a watch. This line made my decision. A watch it is. She is a little spacy and I am worried about her being distracted with the phone and walking into the street without looking.
