I have some prepackaged cooked flanken - can I use this in cholent and is there anything I should do differently? Thanks

Definitely will work but id add something Smokey if u have, like sausage or turkey drumlettes precooked or smoked, will add a little more flavor.

I would season and saute it up first, but no need to cook it as long before turning pot on warm.

DH has thrown in left over steak and left over roast, and it works great.
