I still have frozen Kugel from Pesach. Can I keep it and serve it on Shevuos?
Should that be still alright?

I think so. I'm fussy with my food and I would probably serve/eat it.

I plan on serving app kugel from the freezer since pesach. However it’s wrapped very well- heavy foil and a zip lock bag.

I also have a sliced roast in the freezer. I’m not sure what to do about that...
I don’t think it was wrapped as well... I just re covered it last week but that might have been too late. If I do serve it it will be a meal when there will be another main dishe choice.

Sure. I think up tk 3 months is fine. Especially if you are reheating.
