I may need to take a taxi to the city (Columbia Hospital) on Shabbos or Y"T in the near future (to give birth). Do you know of any taxi services that would be willing to do that?

Any taxi would probably do that.
I take Andrew to the city, but I book him in advance. They'll probably come even if you don't book in advance.
