Party Expert at the Radisson has early special until tomorrow $1689 and Deluxe early special at the Hudson Valley for $1598. Just sharing what I saw - I'll be home iy"h.

I believe I've been to a party expert program shabbos nachamu in NJ once. The food was good IIRC.
I might have done a Deluxe summer shabbos once too.

Party expert is amazing but it is fully chassidish. Arlington has a program but I doubt it's $1500.
Deluxe is more of a mixed crowd, not so chassidish.

Most of the programs these days are geared towards chassidim.
Maybe you can try the Raleigh? Often they have a mixed crowd.
Look in the voice or the shopper (don’t remember which one) had some shavuos ads
