I keep seeing "melt in your mouth Shabbos meat" on sale at Seasons. What is it? What do you use it for?

It’s vrry good in cholent. It comes out soft, and it has almost no fat. Kids love it.

I asked the meat manager in seasons and he said it's Cleaned up minute roast and it's good in cholents and stews.

I noticed this meat called "melt in your mouth Shabbos meat" at store today and bought it because of this post.

Every butcher can use different so ask them.
One butcher told me he uses minute roast.
