Thanks is what I do every week: I boil this beans for about 10 min and then rinse it very well. No need to let it soak after. My cholent is not gassy at all. I use Navy and cranberry beans, and add barley after boiling/rinsing.

1 can kidney and 1/2 can white cannellini beans. Make sure to fully drain and fully rinse off the gooey aquafaba.

Some people say that it helps with the gasiness.
But one way or another, if you put up cholent before Shabbat, and eat it at lunchtime, those beans will be cooked.
