[quote="amother [ Lime ]"]Why can't you wash it off? I believe this is incorrect. I mean, I'm sure certain products are problematic to use. But washing is fine.[/quote

Does anyone know which specific products the OU or R' Blumenkrantz permits/permitted for washing the face on Shabbos or Yom Tov, or is any liquid soap good?

Do any stores in Flatbush carry Shabbos brush ups or 7th day shine?

I was told any liquid and that today the soaps don't bubble/suds up as much as they used to so diluting is not necessary.
And you may wash off makeup no problem.
Find out what the OU says on their website.

I can’t believe the judgment here.
I wear makeup AT ALL times.
DH and myself prefer me that way.

Get off your high horses and stop judging

To those who wear ALL the powder products (or at least 3 of them- the foundation, an eye product and a lipstick) on Shabbos and Yom Tov:

How would you rate your face appearance with all the powder products, relative to regular make-up, on a scale of one to ten, ten being the way you look in regular makeup products.

I mostly use the shabbos powder eyeliner and lipstick. I prefer Clinique face powder that I break up before shabbos. According to some poskim it it permissible to use flesh colored face powder, as per Koh Somar L'Bais Yaakov - A Guide for the Jewish Woman and Girl.
