I don't know if it's me or the sheitel machar, but my Shabbos sheitel lasts 3 wears before all the curls are completely out. It's a really good quality wig, and beautiful, so it's quite a chaval that it looks shlumpy 3 wears later...
I'm thinking to try someone else and see if it's any better...
Any recommendations for someone in the middle of monsey? (Near hatzolah station on Grove area) doesn't need to be mamesh right there, but not forshay or Wesley hills area....
And I'm litvish, though the area may not sound like it, so I'm talking about a regular medium length sheitel.

Is your wig a straight wig that is being curled? If so, it's not possible for the curls to last long.

My shevi wig is like that.
Get a curling iron, and learn how to do reset it yourself. You'll save $$$ and it's a great to know how to freshen it up yourself in 5-10 minutes.

I use a amazing shaitel macher on calvert, not sure if that is to far for you...my curls last quite a while

I have a crazy habit of always brushing the wig. I know that causes the curls to open up and not last.

Try cliping the curls with double prong curl clips after each use. It helps keep the style longer.
