I bought so many eggs since I did baking for pesach for extended family of mine as well as my own family. I used one full case and bought more but by accident bought a full case not a half case. I made 10 dozen eggs into egg noodles/crepes for pesach for extended family.
I also made not exaggerating about 40-45 trays of meringues.
I also made probably close to 40 trays of pesach crackers as well as lots of other pesach cakes.
Now you have your answer to why I bought so many....

I’m making ice cream. I doubled the recipe so it’s 12 egg yolks. I guess I’ll make some merengues with the white. Unless you have another idea?
