The absolute easiest fruit soup to make is peach soup.
Buy cans of peaches in syrup and puree in a blender or with an immersion blender. That's it! If you want to make it slightly fancier, then add some white wine right before serving (for adults only) and garnish with berries or a mint leaf.

Or- frozen strawberries, frozen rhubarb sugar and water, simmer for a while.

Aricelli are you my twin? I was just going to say cherry soup and the strawberry rhubarb is lovely. I started using one can sour cherries and one can sweetened and then no or minimal sugar. I also will add any overripe fruit like apples, pears, peaches.
For the strawberry rhubarb, I put minimal water (as they defrost they'll give out water) and cook rhubarb first because it takes longer and I want the strawberries to maintain some shape.

If you want it to have more of a soup-y texture over a compote one, beat in an egg white with a fork. For dairy I add yogurt or sour cream and shake it well. Always a winner

Fruit drink (I assume you can serve it as a soup as well):
Frozen strawberries, orange juice, dissolved strawberry or fruit punch jello, crushed pineapple (or pineapple juice if you dont love pieces) blend together.
I dont remember the amounts anymore I just pour and taste to see what to add

The Balabustas Choice had a similar recipe called instant compote. It's raspberry jello, frozen strawberries, orange juice and crushed pineapple. I also add in a can of mandarin oranges.
You can also use these ingredients and add whip topping and blend in a food processor.
