I was quoted $200 for a little. $450 to make it very full. And then more if I wanted it added to the front.
My sheitel was very thin. I did $450. It was gorgeous and it lasted over 2 more years.

It depends if it's a bold spot on top (hand sewn strand by strand) or if it's rows missing in the back.
Small job can be way cheaper than $200!
And of course price varies depending on where you have it done!

checkout Tzipporahs wig salon.
Ive done missing front hairs (fill ins) for $35 and up
Or wefts on the side (I think $100 each, but not sure)

I think I paid $100 (possibly $120) to add baby hair in the front of a wig.
