Honestly I’m not sure what type of lawyer we need. Dh and I are in the midst of buying a business. Bezras hashem. We need a lawyer to draw up a contract for the sale. We thought we can just take one off google, but our accountant advised us that it’s better to have a lawyer. We are also going to need one when we are at the closing, and the bank will want a real lawyer.
Any advice or recommendations? Preferably in Brooklyn, but anywhere in NY is fine.
Also, what can I expect for something like this to cost? (We don’t really have too much funds available, and the one or two recommendations we have, will need an enormous retainer) so I guess maybe even someone that’s new and not too expensive yet? I don’t think we wil necessarily need someone super experienced

Jacob Silver is an experienced attorney. He specializes in Bankruptcy but deals with other areas of law as well. His prices are the most reasonable from the attorneys I've dealt with. I suggest you speak to him first and see if he can help you.

I know nothing about this attorney, and I'm not speaking to his qualifications. Attorneys do specialize and I'd be careful about using a bankruptcy attorney for this matter as it doesn't relate to bankruptcy.
