There was a recipe in the Binah a while back for spelt challah by Devorah Heller's daughter (I can't remember her name). Does anyone have it?

Has anyone made it? What is the Challah like? Fluffy?

Does anyone have a way to post that recipe? My filter blocked the link.
Also, I find the challah made from white spelt to be more crumbly. Any way to avoid that?
