Just moved. Need nice shades or blinds for my living room and dining room. Live in Brooklyn. Where should I order from in Brooklyn? Don't want to spend too much but MUST look really nice. Any ideas appreciated!!

If you want simple good quality faux wood blinds, 53rd & 13th has good pricing including installation, accommodating service.

We got wooden blinds and room darkeners from select blinds . com a while ago and they are holding up nicely.
For curtains and nicer shades we went to 14 avenue and low 40’s- they were pleasant to deal with

This is one area you can't go cheap if you want them to be really nice. We priced home depot and Lowe's and blinds.com. They don't have nice quality. It's obvious. The frum stores had the nicest with the best price.

Elegant window fashion. They're located in Monsey but he lives in boro park and almost sure he does Brooklyn too. He has an Instagram acct. Look up his work.
ETA: also rainbow window fashion and signature home fashion. They all have beautiful stuff.
