Does such a thing exist? I'm not looking for a pasta salad. Something with a creamy cheese sauce and grilled vegetables would be great! TIA!

Thanks, but I"m thinking with for example, Fettuccini alfredo or Baked ziti, would the cheese get hard? Is there some pasta that would better than others to serve at room temperature?

Not with a creamy cheese sauce. Though who knows? Some people might like it, just like some like cold pizza.

A creamy sauce will stiffen if not warm.
You can do like a caprese-style pasta with penne, blistered grape tomatoes, cut up mozzarella cubes, and a basil+olive oil dressing

You have more wiggle room with harder cheeses, like parmesan or feta.
You could make a roasted red pepper and eggplant salad with feta, and a zataar dressing.
German potato salad is good at room temp (just google for recipes, and leave out the ham and bacon. )

You can use room temperature marinara sauce and add cream that day to make it pink and creamy. Leave it out at room temp. Also leave out the pasta to reach room temperature. Toss before serving. Serve parmesan on the side for sprinkling.
