I have recipe for creamy potatoes. I would like to make it in advance with lots and lots of sauce. will the texture stay creamy when reheating on the plata?

Can you cook the potatoes separately and then assemble the sauce to pour over fresh, before you put it on the plata?

I've baked and reheated creamy potatoes. They always come out delicious. Just make sure it's heated all the way through. If you're worried the top will burn, cover with foil until the last minute.
