I really want to decorate my table well for shavuos but don't have the money to buy a beautiful flower centerpiece. Im good with making these things myself, but wanted ideas from you guys. Anyone know of any really nice elegant stuff I can do???

You can do single flowers in small vases running along the center of table.
I don't remember where I saw diy instructions recently, in one of Jewish magazines last week or kosher.com
One idea they showed was a bunch of tulips turned upside down in a glass vase with water topped with tea lights on top of the water (floating)

I am going to give you some suggestions, with the assumption that you don't mind spending some money on supplies that you can reuse. Also, please recognize that you can make very pretty centerpieces on a budget, but there is limit to how elegant they will look,
1) There are some great videos on how to make centerpieces with some inexpensive flowers. I recently made centerpieces for a sheva brachos with carnations following Youtube video, and they came out gorgeous.
I used this tutorial: https://youtu.be/DQxHwIm8LVg
2)this video shows how to make some arrangements with roses. If you have a Trader Joe's or Aldi's near you, you can get roses for not so much money. In fact, I was at Whole Foods the other day, and they also had roses for not too much money. If you use small vases, you can make a few to line your table.

If you have any rectangular or square vases around, then you can make a grid with regular scotch tape. See this video: https://youtu.be/8AMxVh84wwI
She insists you need to use special floral tape. I agree that it's preferred, but if you don't have access to it, then scotch tape will work in a pinch.
By the way, I don't spend money on vases. I buy vases from thrift shops (goodwill, savers, etc...).

I saw a foam ball loaded with carnations stuck in tightly into ball. You can do it as a topiary or as a hanging ball

I got cheap colored vases at IKEA and plan on buying flowers from Trader Joe’s.

The dollar store has cheap vases. I like to get a few and group them and fill with cheaper flowers.
Some ideas:
Short square vases. Fill with short songle rose. I’ve even done single fake flower submerged and it’s hard to tell.
Colorful thin vases. Fill with single orchid or bunches of baby breath and a single nicer flower.
They have different styles in the same color.
As example I mixed turquoise milk jugs and glass bottles (like this
https://www.dollartree.com/col.....88340) and filled with cheap thin orchids and grouped them.
Cyndrical vase - they only have shortish ones - but maybe you can find flowers to submerge in that height. Orchids may be too tall do that but look nice submerged. Some Lillie’s may also work.
