Not so healthy but ppl still use it, osem onion soup mix, gives real delicious flavor

I keep it simple. Oil, salt and either fresh or powdered garlic. For a real treat I toss in nutritional yeast. My kids love it.

This is from the "Millennial Kosher" cookbook.
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp harissa
1 head cauliflower (I've used frozen cauliflower and it tasted great)
450 F for 25-30 minutes
