I have some baby Lamb chops
Would love a simple but delicious recipe for Yom tov. Something with herbs, rosemary, maybe. No major sauces, I want the meat taste , not soy, duck sauce taste.
I also have large Lamb chops, but I'm not sure I'm in the mood for dealing with them now
Also something I can make in advance and rewarm on hotplate.
Thanks in advance

Just rub with fresh garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and broil or pan fry

How do I warm them without them drying out on Yom tov?

Can you make fresh on yomtov? This is not something that reheats well imo, it’s like steak, best fresh

I have slow cooked any lamb on 250 farenheit degrees in the oven in a covered pan, with some onion and garlic, possibly a dash of your most expensive dry red wine, and whatever herbs or spices you like such as black pepper or chili powder. Add some water just to cover the bottom of the pan. Leave baking for at least 3 hours until buttery soft so that you can stick a plastic fork into the middle super easily. This rewarms on a hot plate very well along with the sauce/juices that develops while baking.
Edited for clarity.
