I’m looking for a good spinach recipe to fill tartlets and a broccoli kugel recipe- pareve

I should probably do a search here, but if anyone has a good recipes handy- would be greatly appreciated.
Minimal & healthy ingredients is a big bonus!

For roasted broccoli- is there a way I can do before yomtov & will still taste good on y’t?

For cherry or blueberry pie- what’s the easiest way to do? Bought a graham cracker crust- is it good?

Can I keep a pilot lit oven on for yomtov?
Thank you!

Broccoli Kugel

You need to use light mayo for this as it doesn't taste good with regular mayo.

Pie
I halve MB's recipe for a 9" round pan and use lite cherry pie filling. My kids love it.

Any creamed spinach recipe that's not too runny should work for the tartlets

Dankbar do you have a go to spinach recipe? I don’t have a very good recipe...
I usually do a garlic roux, add spinach, salt & water (milk if dairy) I don’t have specific measurements and haven't done it in a while...

Have you tried coconut milk in spinach?

pie calls for a dough crust vs a cookie crust

crust:

2/3 cup vegetable shortening
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
some sugar [you decide a spoon or 3]

put in food processor and slowly add
1/2 cup ice water (no ice - just water)

press down into a 9" round disposable aluminum pan - pulling up to sides - poke bottom with fork and edge with fork around circumference or invest in a nice glass pie dish

I divide into smaller pans, so I think I would get like 2 5×7 (med storage pans) or 3 small storage pans.

yes. I underbake a bit & then reheat/bake longer in oven before serving so that it shouldn't be watery
