Just a question & feel free not to answer.
102.7 is enough to make you feel lousy, but it doesn't usually warrant a hospital stay.
Does the doctor suspect something? Or is there a history I'm not aware of?

She was very sick erev Pesach with sepsis. So she knew that the fever was a sign that something is not right again.
