Dear Imamother's please help. I am iyh having about 15 people (that eat kn"h) for shabbos lunch. I am at a loss. What can I serve as a main besides Chulent and Deli ? I really don't have the time to prepare chicken cutlets for so many. What else can I serve ? I am going to have kugels and salad but as a main Is Chulent and Deli enough?
Thank You so much for your help.

Instead of just deli, you can make a nice meat board and include sausages, hot salami, hot pastrami (they sell ready made to stick in cholent), you can even make a smaller amount of chicken cutlets and cut into strips. Kishka, potato kugel.

Bake chicken cutlets in the oven and slice thin on a platter.

If you just want to do cholent and deli as mains I would make salmon or gefilte fish as an appetizer

I think cholent (with plenty of meat) and deli is plenty but also depends if your guests are coming from a shul kiddush or not.

Why wouldn't 2 mains be enough?

I think chulant and deli are enough, but I strongly identify with the fear of not having enough food.

Egg salad and pasta salad are cheap and easy to prepare and are good additions to your first course. You can also make sure to buy lots of challah and dips. I don't think anyone will walk away hungry!
