You can buy any twin duvet set and then buy separate solid color 48 inch sheets at a Jewish store.

If the blankets are full size, then she can buy any full duvet set and still get the separate 48 sheets. The 48 size is just the sheet.

The 48 in linen at cliseout connections doesn’t have full duvets.
The full duvets are hard to find. It’s really a Jewish size. Normally Queen and full duvets are the same size.

Tx. I actually only need 48 inch sheets because my blankets are twim sized. Maybe I should look for a cheaper 39 set and buy matching sheets

I would suggest buying standard full size (54") fitted sheets that are readily available at reasonable cost and in a huge variety of colors, and tuck them in further under the mattress- it's essentially an extra 3" on each side. The whole 48" sheet thing is an unnecessary expense IMO.
