Considering one may buy regular baking soda with no KLP hechsher for Pesach, I can't imagine there would be anything different

Some brands of baking soda might have an anti-caking agent in it that might be chametz.
Other than that, they would be identical and you can cook with them like normal.

The only real difference between regular and Pesach is that Pesach is 2x as expensive.

I have never seen baking soda with anticaking ingr. or any other added ingredients. Maybe you’re thinking of baking powder. Pure Baking soda is essentially a mineral and requires no hechsher.
