My 6yo son has adhd as well as bladder issues, much of it stemming from his lack of focus (or being too focused).
The urologist recommended a timer watch which I’ve also read about on adhd forums.
The watch is programmed to vibrate at certain intervals, let’s say every 90 minutes, to remind the child to either refocus, use the bathroom, etc.
Anyone has any experience with these watches? I need waterproof because if he’ll take it off when he goes swimming, these watches will be disposable.
But so far I haven’t seen any decent ones with good ratings on amazon.
Any leads?
Thank you
