There are rabbonim that answer email or text. What type of question do you have? What's you background?

So I have a few questions on Mikvah and some other things.
Im from a chassidish background but I have always been struggling with my Judaism. Ever since ive gotten married I always just want to be able to ask someone my questions but not on the phone. (still not to confident for that)

There are also halacha hotlines that are totally anonymous, you just call and say your question they don't ask any non relevant personal information. Here is one in the five towns 516-239-2500, 718-337-8370

If they are general questions about mikvah and questions on Judaism he can answer those questions.

For Mikva questions, why not reach out to a yoetzet? Women trained in those Halacha. They will refer you to a rabbi when needed as well. http://www.yoatzot.org/content-pages/2113/

AskARabbi is still active, and so is the Chabad website where you can ask. Chabad gets back to you usually within 24 hours.
