I would like to buy comfort bras that have no back or front hooks. It's for my elderly mother. If you could recommend a brand and where I can buy them, it would be greatly appreciated.

A bralette? It needs hooks or to go over the head, which may also be difficult. Is something like an undershirt or chemise an option if over the head isn’t?

There are some with a front closure. I’m just unfamiliar.

There are clothing manufacturers geared to the nursing home population that sell garments that are easier for the elderly.
Off the top of my head, you could get a surgical bra.

If she's a small B or less (34-36 or less) and can use a pull over style, my dd has one that she loves and I can post the link.

No front or back hooks? Over-the-head (or if verrry stretchy, step-in) is all that's left. I find them very comfortable, but someone who is not too limber may have difficulty. Size up, as they tend to run small.
Vermont Country Store has comfort bras with front closure: https://www.vermontcountrystor.....30649

I thank all of you ladies for trying to help me....I should say, for trying to help my mother. I'm going to do some research into getting my mother an over-the-head bra, which in my opinion would be the most comfortable. She has a home attendant who dresses her. I just want my mother to be comfortable and not have a bra's metal hooks digging into her skin. I'll see how it goes. Again, a big " thank you" to all of you!

Yellow, I would appreciate if you would post the link. If I put the bras in a lingerie bag, can they be washed in the machine gentle cycle?

Yes we put them in net bags in the hand wash cycle of the washing machine.
It's girls sizes. Dd wears the XL (she's about 30-32A) and it goes up two more sizes XXL and XXXL).

ETA: last week I bought XXXL for myself. I don't see that they have that size now. Check back to see if they restock.
