My 2 year old just inhaled half a can of peas.
Any ideas what to do with the rest? Cool recipes? I'm usually a pretty creative cook, but I got nothin'!

Peas freeze really well. Add them to vegetable soup, or beef stew. Put them in a blender with a little bit of water and some seasoning to make pea soup. Toss them in a salad.

Add them to eggplant parmesan, fish balls in tomato sauce, meat balls, or cream of chicken soup.

I put peas in cooked rice. We also eat it plain frozen as a snack.

If you purée the peas, you can add them to homemade muffins. If I make chocolate muffins or banana muffins I often add a few spoonfuls of puréed peas. You can’t taste them & my family has no idea I snuck veggies in their muffins
