I have a couple of unopened boxes of Corn Flakes. Can people please post recipes or ideas of what I can do with them?

Crush them slightly and used it to coat shnitzel or tilapia.

Pulse into crumbs and use to coat shnitzel, southern style chicken, chicken pastrami roll ups, kishka stuffed chicken and the like.
Toast & season and sprinkle over pasta.

Make cereal bars. Melt peanut butter and honey pour on cereal, and press into tin.

Saute a bunch of onions. Add oatmeal and cornflakes and use as stuffing for chicken. It sounds weird but it's really good!

My mil melts chocolate and mixes it with corn flakes, she puts it into small cupcake holders. Perfect treat for kids.

You can make healthy homemade butterfingers with cornflakes. This recipe is vegan/parve and absolutely amazing. Every time I make this there are no leftovers, gone in like 5 seconds.

I love cornflakes stuffing. But I would process them and if you have the room, freeze or otherwise keep airtight.

That’s the recipe. Nothing fancy. Eyeball the amounts.

Equal parts honey and peanut butter, and then about 3-4x that amount of cereal. Start with less and see how it mixes in and see if you want to add more.
For example, melt 1c honey with 1 c peanut butter. Add 3-4 cups cereal.
Works with corn flakes, rice crispies, Cheerios, etc.

I know someone who makes cornflakes kugel and it's actually pretty good. Pour boiling water over cornflakes (box) till its wet, mix in some vanilla, applesauce and oil and bake. Its good cold too
