Is it dated in Israel (I.e. associated with a certain age group)? How would it be taken by Charedi? MO? Secular? Any reason not to give it?

I've heard of it in every sector. Among chassidim I've only heard it in combination with Leib or Yehudah. It's not super common among kids, but it's not off the charts. A totally mainstream name.
