I have three kids ages 2-6 and am looking to buy a swingset. Those really nice wooden ones are not in budget right now. Either I can buy a cheap metal one that can fit four swings for under 250. Or for closer to 400 I can get a cheap wooden one that has two swings and a small clubhouse. What will I get more mileage out of two more swings or a small clubhouse. Also will the cheap
Wood one fall apart faster then the metal?

The cheap metal ones are usually only up to ages 7-8. So if you want it to be good for a few years double check that.
They are usually shorter and not as strong.

Check out Lifetime sets. They are metal, and tall enough for adults.

I got a metal one from Wal-Mart for around $150. It says it's for up to age 8 and has 3 swings and a slide .

Thats what I’m looking at. They have a nice selection for under 200. Are u happy with it. The swings look nice. All the slides look like they are for toddlers not really over age 3

We are happy. It was a very worth it investment . My daughter is going into 1st grade and she goes on the slide happily .
