If she posted it she clearly did

Google behavior. In the US it's spelled that way

Post all that you want, and respect the right of others to do the same

Parents have until June 2020 to have gotten at least the first dose of each series.

That would be truly amazing news if it was true! Do you have a source?

We will challenge it in court, home-school co-op , or move to NJ . NEVER sacrifice our kids to the idol of molech.

This private upscale school is planning to relocate to NJ https://www.gmws.org/discovergreenmeadow

There will be attempts to repeat the law but this is already law in several states so you can home school your religious beliefs. Jewish schools are not teaching those.

I wonder if NJ schools are going to welcome NY anti-vaxers or if they are eventually going to enact similar legislation.

You need to contact a vaccine rights attorney. I don't want to name names here, but you can google "vaccine rights attorney"and your State and find a number of results. I personally used a vaccine rights attorney before (US immigration purposes- though that was several years ago and since then we left the country). Yes the attorney cost a few hundred dollars, but the value that attorney provided more than paid for what I spent. It was a tremendous help!

The way the law works in California is that technically, you can just get 1 dose of any vaccine and then say you're 'in the process of catching up,' and the school can't do a thing because well, you are getting the vaccines and complying with the law, but after all you can't get them all at once, and there is no deadline by when you must have all the vaccines to be admitted to school. You're 'catching up,' but you're just doing so for years on end... So, the way the law is written in California, you do NOT have to have every dose of 'mandatory' vaccines for your age cohort to attend school. You can have 1 dose of a vaccine, give those records to the school then explain yourself or better yet have your attorney explain that you are 'in process of catching up all the vaccines.'

In New York the law might be constructed similarly, I do not know. But what I do know is that having used a vaccine rights attorney, I can say it was more than worth the cost, and I highly recommend it. Please don't try to handle this yourself- contact a legal expert who specialises in vaccine rights! There seem to be approximately 5 in NY and 3 in NJ.

Were you one of those that stood by the balcony and shouted down after the verdict was out? I’m simply curious!

The way the law was passed on NY is that u have 30 days to get the first dose of each vaccine in order to go to school. So, since school is almost done, basically u get the summer to catch up on all vaccines. Come September, u must be up to date to enter school since it will be past the 30 days. All schools will be taking this very seriously since DOH will be on their backs.

Ah, a Waldorf school. Founded by Rudolf Steiner, who believed that Judaism was slated for extinction and that the best hope for Jews was assimilation and adoption of a kind and gentle Christianity.

It's not just that frum anti-vaxxers are causing a massive chillul Hashem that could have repercussions for decades. It's not just that frum anti-vaxxers blatantly lie and say that their religion opposes vaccination, when clearly, the number of Orthodox Jewish leaders who support vaccination make it clear that this is not the case. No. They've gone totally berserk and are supporting fundamentally Christian organizations. This isn't just a cult. It's apikorsus, pure heresy.

The NY law is that one must have "age-appropriate" appointments for catching up. Regardless, 30 days to give even just one dose of 12 diseases is system overload!

One of my DD is an anti-Vaxer
She’s planning to home school.

I’m actually thrilled since I don’t like the school she sends to. It’s a reformed school that is open to same gender couples, etc
So, for me it’s a blessing in disguise.
She’s looking into on line schools at least for “Hebrew” studies.
