My baby goes to sleep before shabbos is over and I was wracking my brains trying to think of something to serve for supper. I ended up giving him a tuna sandwich. What are some ideas of filling foods to give for supper on these long summer shabbosim?

We do all different kinds of sandwiches, or I heat up leftovers for them on the plata. You could also have macaroni in the fridge. There's egg salad, tuna, deli, cheese, peanut butter...

Easy foods. Avocado, cottage cheese, string cheese etc.
If you have a blech on, you can turn over a 9x13 and warm up practically anything - kugel, chicken, or whatever you normally serve them.

-Pasta (make before shabbos) with ketchup and cottage cheese
-Yogurt

Yogurt
Sliced cheese
Avocado
Pasta
Salmon-gefilte fish -tuna
Sliced veggies
Apple cobbler
We eat a large shalosh seudos with the family. It’s everyone's meal.
Another option is to leave cholent on the flame and serve cholent and deli.
When I used to have a few toddlers I used to do that for a very earlier supper.

We do fresh bagels for shalosh seudos. It's easy and a little more exciting then sandwiches with bread.

My kids often take cereal or yogurt at shalosh seudos (or before if I’m sending them to bed). Other things that have worked for us: cheese, pasta, Pb&j on challah, tuna, hard boiled eggs, milchig kugel.

We've made a tradition of tricolor pasta tuna salad. I cut up veggies into the salad or on the side depending on their moods.

Thank you all. I had many of those ideas but I thought maybe it’s not enough. He just turned one so he’s not eating so many different foods but there were definitely some that he can and would eat so I’ll keep on doing what I was doing.
