Along those lines:
About seven years ago I wrote a 40th-anniversary sequel to "Keeping Watch", with the same narrator: then an orphaned boy in Communist Russia, now a grandfather in Israel, who discovers a new threat to Judaism, and one that touches his own loved ones. It seems his grandson and granddaughter (by his two children) have been invited to what sounds like an ordinary local shul. The narrator, though, is suspicious and asks his own rabbi to investigate. Sure enough, they uncover a missionary group, right in the heart of Tel Aviv. I would still like to spend a little more time to add to my already numerous verses to explain a couple of things to the reader/listener, but I would like to find someone interested in learning and performing my "sequel" ("Keeping Watch II"). Same tune as the original, from Simchatone II. What I need to find is a group of singers willing to perform it. Anyone interested? Who knows? The song, if publicized, could possibly end up saving a neshama somewhere.
Thanks for your attention, and in advance for any expression of interest.
