There is a Rebbe, the Alexander Rebbe (last name is Danziger) in the University Heights neighborhood. I don't think that those that daven there are particularly chassidish though. There might be some chassidim there, but certainly not a lot.

There is a chabad community, but they're not so large. Don't have their own schools.
Denciger (Alexander shul) in University Heights- the rebbe and his son wear shtreimels, and I think that's about it.
In Cleveland Heights we have about three shtreimels.
Plus a few ppl who come for medical reasons to bikur cholim.
