Does anyone use a different phone with Assurance plan (other than the one they sent you)? If yes, which one?
2 phones from them (within the past 2 y) really aren't working well.

Where did you buy it? Is it a smart phone? You called Assurance to activate it? Is it working well?

I had the phone already. Been using it for years now. Not a smartphone- a slider. Any phone that uses the same service as Assurance (Verizon??) Will work if you activate it with Assurance.
