B"H we have been to many smachot over the yuears, which means the large collection of benchers- we need to down size- any suggestions of where I can donate them.....

Where I live there is a bencher gemach.. buy for a long time they haven't been taking donations.
Maybe a shul could use them for when they have a sit down thing?
Or an organization that hosts shabbatons?

No bencher gemach here.. Really don't want to put perfectly good benchers in shaimos.. Anyone here of small new communities that need benchers or schools or religious organizations?ect...

This is why I I stopped making Bentchers made for my simchas. People don't want them anymore. I have made quite a few bar Mitzvahs and have 75 out of 100 left, from each party. ( and that is with my mother taking a few) People don't want them anyway, it's a waste and causing so much extra unnecessary shaimos. While decluttering I had to put them in Shamios.
When I have a simcha to attend, I have even forbidden my family from taking any of those "memetos home. I don't want them.

I think I will call them and bnei akiva and the ou on Monday...
